Payment Terms

Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Whichever method you choose to pay for your order, all payments made to My Curious Kid are processed through PayPal. You do not need and are not required to create a PayPal account to use your credit card.

Shipping

$2.95 FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS!

Once payment is received, your order is processed and shipped within 2 business days. You will be notified of any item(s) that is on back order. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of back ordered item(s).

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery time is typically 2 - 3 business days, depending on shipment location. Occasionally, during the Holiday Season, additional shipping time may be necessary.

Shipping and tax charges are applied to the merchandise total, before any discount is given.

We do not ship outside of the United States.

Tax

My Curious Kid does not charge sales tax for orders placed outside of California. If you are a California resident, you will be charged an additional 8.25% for state sales tax.

Back Orders

If you order an item(s) that is on back order, we will notify you via email. Most back ordered items ship within 2 weeks. If that delivery time does not work for you, please contact us at orders@mycuriouskid.com and we'll find the resolution that best suits your needs.

Cancellations

After your payment is received by My Curious Kid, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. All cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing your order. Shipping and tax charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receipt of your cancellation. Please email orders@mycuriouskid.com to cancel your order.
