If your book is received with an error, we will gladly fix or replace it, free of charge, if the error is clearly our mistake.
We are not responsible for errors due to misspellings or incorrect information provided by you. However, we will give you a discount if you would like to purchase a new book with the correct information - contact us for details. Please double check all spellings, dates and other relevant information before submitting your order. Contact us if you have any questions during the ordering process to help eliminate potential errors. Personalized book orders may be cancelled prior to our receipt of the order information. Once your payment is received, orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. If you order a book that is out of stock, please allow 2 weeks for delivery.
All errors must be reported within 30 days. Personalized books and shipping charges are non-refundable. Unauthorized returns are
non-refundable.
